Each year businesses must prepare and file 1099 forms. If it wasn’t already complicated enough, now there are two 1099 forms that many entrepreneurs may have to file.

To help you understand the process to be able to file information returns on time and accurately, I have created a document to explain which form to use for specific types of payments, when they are due to recipients and the IRS, and how to make corrections once forms have been filed, if necessary.

It is my hope that you will find the 1099 Processing document informative and it clarifies for you the purpose of each form, how to complete and submit and what to do if corrections are needed making the process less overwhelming for you!

Yours in Success!
