Meet Ilene
Ilene Marcus is the inventor of the iLean-Pan
(patent pending), Solving the challenge of cooking
multiple ingredients at different temperatures in
the same pan, as seen on the upcoming Season
21 of The Blox. Ilene is a retired social worker and
public administrator, with 32 years managing
high-stakes enterprises and multi-million-dollar
organizations, overseeing 10,000 people.
Ilene holds two Master’s degrees from Columbia
University, where she wrote the curriculum and
taught financial management for 10 years as an
Adjunct Faculty. Now, as a Techstars All-Star
Global Facilitator, she mentors early-stage
entrepreneurs across the country and coaches
leaders to get out of their way in the Boardroom
or the Kitchen.
