Are you a business involved in international or domestic trade and located in the Los Angeles area? You might be interested in attending a conference hosted by the State Board of Equalization which will be held Friday, January 20, 2017, at the American Jewish University in Los Angeles from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

This free conference will feature the U.S. Secretary of Commerce; trade and economic development experts from Free Trade countries such as Israel, Cuba, China, Africa, Mexico, Canada, and others; and at least five domestic states that are leaders in export sales activities.  Complimentary breakfast and lunch are also included at this conference.

There are 28 million small businesses in the United States, yet only about one percent or 300,000 of these companies serve export markets. Board Member Jerome Horton says, “I hope you will help us increase international trade by positioning California businesses to make informed and intelligent decisions.”

You may register online at bit.ly/internationaltrade2017  or by calling 1-888-847-9652.  There is no cost to attend, but seating is limited so register today.  For more information on this conference, please click here.
