In the last two weeks I’ve had quite a few referrals come into my office and each has had a problem we are able to alleviate. One new client referred to us was overwhelmed and when I arrived at her home to help her catch up on her bookkeeping said she felt better already. By the time I left, her work was up to date and she said she had a sense of relief. It makes me happy to hear my clients say they have peace of mind working with us.
Another client bought an existing business and needed help invoicing and posting client payments. He was thankful we could take over this aspect of his business since he is out and about running the business so doesn’t have time to deal with administrative/bookkeeping tasks. Another referral had used our services in the past, decided to have a manager hired in the office handle the bookkeeping and has done so for over 2 years. Having been busy running the company, he hadn’t taken a really good look at his numbers in a long time. When he did this past week, he saw his information was completely wrong and has decided to outsource this function to us again. There are other stories I can tell, but I think you see what I’m trying to express.
Why do I mention this to you? One reason is that I’m extremely thankful that my customers and professional associates think of us when someone they know has a need. There are a lot of bookkeepers around, so having your confidence is extremely gratifying. I’m also thankful you trust me and my staff enough to refer us. The second reason I mention this is so you can see a few of the situations we can help with.
