The bookkeeping information is usually sent to our office on a monthly basis. We use bank/credit card/loan statements with supporting documentation to track income, expenses, etc. Many of our clients give us read only access to their bank accounts allowing us to view the information needed to complete the work.
- Live Accounting: The bookkeeping work is done as it happens. We help with posting bills for accounts payable, creating customer invoices, processing payments from customers, paying bills electonically or with physical checks, etc. The bookkeeping information is more accurate as all transactions are posted as they occur rather than after the fact.
- Bill Pay: This aspect is used by individuals with varying issues. Some clients have multiple properties and don’t want to manage the bills for the multiple locations, so have all bills come to us to handle. Some are elderly and have issues managing their finances. Some just hate this aspect of life and have us handle it for them.
