Meet Debbie
Debbie Hoffman is an independent insurance broker and the Founder/CEO of HIR Insurance Agency. HIR specializes in Medicare insurance, individual/family health plans, and Employer Group Health plans. As a former financial advisor, she saw a need in the insurance industry to have a company that was heart-centered and would go above and beyond the normal insurance agent duties by educating, advocating, and exceeding our client’s expectations. Located in the Los Angeles area, HIR has grown to four insurance agents and 6 back-office Angels, all with the same traits in common…big hearts and ethical business acumen. Debbie has one daughter and 2 granddaughters and prides herself on being a Cajun girl from New Orleans…and all that entails.
