Tonight I’ll be speaking at the local Kiwanis Club about our bookkeeping and payroll services. I was contacted by a member who knows me through the Torrance Chamber and asked if I’d be willing to speak to the club about the services we offer to businesses in the local area. I agreed and can’t wait for the opportunity to meet the members and share some information with them.
This is a great opportunity for people to find out about our company and the types of clients we serve. I’ll have the chance to share our goal which is to energize small business owners by removing the burden of the bookkeeping and payroll processing from their shoulders and give them peace of mind and the freedom to do what they love.
Many who need our services don’t yet know we are here to help and speaking to groups is one way to become known. Getting out in the community and sharing our passion will help frustrated business owners know we are here to help. And those who don’t need our services as they are not entrepreneurs may know someone who is and can refer us to them. It’s so great when the community comes together to connect those with a need to those who can help.
I so enjoy helping the overwhelmed business owners and seeing the relief on their faces when they see how we can help. I also value the relationship that develops when working with them.
I look forward to getting to know the members of this local community group because of this opportunity I’ll have tonight.
