Thanksgiving Thank youYesterday was Thanksgiving in the United States where we spend time with friends and family and reflect on what we are grateful for in our lives.  I have to be honest that lately I’ve had some difficult situations I’ve encountered in the personal arena, but I know we always grow through difficulties.  I can’t wait to see the blessings that will come from these experiences.

Even though it’s been a bit hard lately, there are always things to be thankful for, and I’m going to share just a few of them with you today.

  1. I’m thankful for my family.  I’m married with two college aged  children who are doing well discovering their calling in life. My parents and in-laws are still alive, and although they live in other states, we can still stay in touch.
  2. I’m thankful for the capability to provide financially for my family through my business.  I love that I’ve developed friendships with clients and consider many my friends.  We’ve supported each other’s businesses and are so excited to share in each others’ successes.
  3. My staff is amazing.  I wouldn’t be able to serve my clients in the manner I do without them.  I like that they enjoy working with each other as well as the type of tasks they perform.  They also want the business to be a success and do what they can to meet your needs.  I know when I am out of the office that they will do their best to serve you.
  4. I’m thankful to have worked with experts in their fields who have taught me things to help me with aspects of the business I don’t know as much about but need to implement.  I’ve developed skills outside my area of expertise that has had a positive impact on my success.

I’d love to hear what you are thankful for today.  Leave a comment below with what you’d like to share.
