Meet Yadi
Over a decade Yadi Caro has traveled through various countries in her role supporting the US military in the creation and management of software solutions. While her work relies on technical skills, she believes the so-called “soft skills” have been critical for the teams she works on. This is why she created the podcast Hardcore Soft Skills, where she talks with well-known experts on how to improve on each. This is part of her learning journey as she is also a grad student in Organizational Psychology at Harvard. Yadi was born and raised in Puerto Rico. After living in Germany for several years, her husband and two little boys just moved to sunny Florida. She enjoys traveling (32+ countries) and running.
