As a business owner, we all have areas that are a struggle for us. We all have natural abilities, and then there are the tasks that have to be handled in the business but we aren’t so good at doing. I’m looking to share information that will be helpful to you as a business owner in the financial aspect.
So…where do you struggle when it comes to the financial areas of your business? Do you have a hard time managing your accounts receivable (money due to you), accounts payable (money you owe), and keeping business and personal funds separate? I’d like to hear your areas of struggle so I can share information that will help you manage these aspects of your business. To be profitable, you need to have a handle on this and know if you are making money or not. What can be done to improve the situation?
